Annalisa Fiore appointed CHRO at Innova, advancing HR strategy, inclusion, and talent development to support growth in telecom security sector.
Annalisa Fiore has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Innova, marking a key leadership move that reinforces the company’s focus on people, inclusion, and organisational excellence. Based in Trieste, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the appointment takes effect from February 2026.
Fiore has been with Innova for over two years, most recently serving as HR Manager. In her new role, she will lead the company’s overall human resources strategy, aligning talent development, governance, and internal communication with Innova’s long-term business goals. Her promotion reflects her contribution to strengthening HR processes, policy frameworks, and organisational development initiatives that support sustained growth.
Before joining Innova, Fiore held the role of Responsabile Risorse Umane at Zudek, where she managed HR systems within the industrial refrigeration sector. She also worked as Consulente di Direzione – HR at IRF, authoring technical and legal labour law texts while advising organisations on strategic HR matters. Earlier in her career, at Step Impianti Srl, she led human resources for six group companies, overseeing recruitment, union negotiations, organisational change, welfare systems, and employer branding.
A significant phase of her leadership journey was spent at Sto Italia Srl and Termolan LAPE, where she served as Head of Human Resources and Responsabile Risorse Umane. In these roles, she managed HR strategy across multiple manufacturing sites, coordinated with German headquarters, and partnered closely with executive leadership on workforce planning, compensation structures, and industrial relations.
Fiore began her HR career in staffing and recruitment leadership roles with Gi Group, Intempo SpA, Temporary SpA, and Adecco, building a strong foundation in talent acquisition and workforce management.
Innova operates in the telecommunications security sector, delivering solutions that support Public Prosecutor’s Offices and Law Enforcement Agencies. The company is also recognised for its commitment to social responsibility and employee well-being, holding UNI/PdR 125/2022 certification for inclusion and gender equality, along with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications for environmental management and occupational health and safety.
