Before joining Apollo, Gopala had an accomplished career at Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, where he held various leadership roles, ultimately serving as Associate Vice President of HR. During his tenure, Gopala played a pivotal role in strategic workforce planning, HR policy formulation, and talent management, which were key to Oliva’s expansion and strong industry reputation.
Earlier in his career, Gopala honed his skills in HR operations, recruitment, and workforce management at Pravana Integrated Technologies and Blue Ocean Biz Solutions. His experience further expanded with his time at Narayana Health, where he developed specialized workforce planning strategies tailored to the healthcare sector’s unique needs.
A graduate of Sri Krishnadevaraya University in Human Resource Management and a recent alumnus of XLRI, Gopala’s education and certifications in Digital HR Transformation and People Analytics reflect his forward-thinking approach to HR leadership. His ability to integrate HRMS tools and data-driven insights will be invaluable in enhancing Apollo’s talent strategies.
