Botond Tallér becomes CHRO at BioTechUSA, strengthening people strategy, HR digitalization, and global workforce leadership as the company scales worldwide.

BioTechUSA has named Botond Tallér as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its people and culture strategy as it continues to scale globally.

Based in Budapest, Tallér will oversee the group’s end-to-end HR agenda, including talent management, organizational development, HR digitalization, performance management, and employee engagement across BioTechUSA’s expanding international operations. His appointment supports closer alignment between the company’s people strategy and its long-term business objectives.

Tallér joined BioTechUSA in September 2024 and most recently served as People Operations Team Lead, where he played a key role in enhancing core HR operations and supporting organizational growth. His elevation to CHRO reflects both continuity in leadership and recognition of his contributions in building scalable, future-ready HR processes.

Before joining BioTechUSA, Tallér worked at Orbico Hungary as a Human Resources Generalist, leading several HR digitization initiatives such as e-signature implementation, payroll and time management systems, and learning management system localization. He also managed end-to-end recruitment, compensation, organizational development, performance cycles, onboarding and offboarding, and internal communications.

Earlier in his career, he held multiple HR leadership and specialist roles at Auchan Retail Magyarország, including Human Resources Manager, Organization Development Manager, and Recruitment Specialist. There, he contributed to workforce planning digitization, cloud-based HR platforms, organizational redesign, performance evaluation projects, and recruitment transformation.

Tallér began his professional journey in recruitment and coordination roles, building a strong foundation in HR administration, sourcing, and employee engagement.

His appointment highlights BioTechUSA’s focus on strengthening people leadership as the company continues its evolution from a family-owned business into a global employer with a diverse and growing workforce.
