Brand Marketers Attribute their Success to their Creative Skills

According to a recent survey, brand owners and Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) prioritized creative and production expertise when looking to employ agencies in January.

Brand Strategy and User Experience (UX) experts are in high demand, according to Studiospace’s first Marketers Most Wanted report, based on actual briefs submitted by CMOs.

According to the study, 14.6% of CMOs needed assistance with creative and production tasks, frequently for video-based projects.

According to the poll, 12% of CMOs wanted assistance with brand strategy and were searching for agencies to help with user experience (UX) or user interface (UI) projects.

According to Studiospace President Pete Sayburn, companies that produce quality video content will continue to be in demand.

According to the CMOs, “brands often don’t have these specific talents in-house and are thus interested in finding someone who can generate high-quality videos.”

“Consequently, I anticipate a continued strong need for creative and production talents. Intriguingly, brand strategy is equally highly ranked in any case. There was a time when many business leaders in the sector concentrated on digital and performance, but these same leaders are now concentrating on longer-term brand-building initiatives,” said Sayburn.

Social media (7.3%) and digital marketing (9.8%) were other high-demand areas for CMOs.

“Digital marketing is still an active field, and this shows brands are still engaged in generating website traffic and making sure customers are aware of them,” Sayburn continued.

“Many brands continue to feel that the most intriguing dialogues with consumers are happening on social media.

But it is apparent that agencies play a significant part in the marketing mix for well-known brands.

The monthly Marketers Most Wanted survey is based on briefs that CMOs and brand owners upload to the Studio space platform.
