Derby, England, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Tecforce Limited has appointed Charlotte Elizabeth Stonier as Head of People and Culture, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to enhance its specialist engineering capabilities within the railway rolling stock sector.
In her new role, Stonier will lead Tecforce’s people strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives, supporting workforce capability, organizational growth, and employee engagement across the business.
Before joining Tecforce Limited, Stonier spent more than five years at BWB Consulting Ltd, where she progressed through several senior HR and learning-focused roles, including HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Manager, and Learning and Development Partner. During her tenure, she played a key role in shaping learning and development strategies, supporting workforce transformation, and embedding HR best practices aligned with business objectives.
Earlier in her career, she developed strong expertise in learning, recruitment, and business operations at RDS Global, where she designed and implemented award-winning training pathways and talent pipelines in collaboration with educational institutions. She also gained valuable experience in recruitment and administrative functions through roles at Montana Marketing and Activ Web Design, contributing to talent acquisition efforts and operational efficiency.
