Colleen Moyle McCandless is appointed Vice President of Human Resources at Turner Construction, bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience.
Turner Construction Company has appointed Colleen (Moyle) McCandless as Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its senior leadership team as the company continues to advance its people-first strategy.
In her new role, McCandless will oversee Turner’s human resources agenda across its operations, with responsibility for people strategy, employee relations, leadership development, organisational effectiveness and workforce transformation initiatives.
McCandless brings more than 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience within the construction and real estate sectors. She most recently served as Senior Human Resources Director at Turner Construction, where she led regional and national HR initiatives supporting business growth, workforce planning and leadership capability development. Earlier, she held roles including Regional Human Resources Director and Human Resources Director, managing talent strategy, organisational development and HR operations across multiple U.S. markets.
Prior to joining Turner, McCandless spent over two decades at Toll Brothers, progressing through a series of senior HR leadership positions. Her tenure included roles such as Vice President – Employee Relations and Director – Employee Relations, where she led enterprise-wide employee relations, compliance, leadership development and organisational culture initiatives across the company’s national footprint.
