She brings strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder advisory, and data-driven recruitment, with a focus on improving candidate experience and hiring efficiency across the organization.
Prior to this appointment, Barker served as Talent Acquisition Partner at Skylight, where she managed recruitment for highly specialized technical roles across software engineering, security, infrastructure, product, and data engineering. During her tenure, she reduced interview cycle time by 25% through recruitment analytics and process optimization, while partnering directly with executive leadership on critical hires.
