Darya Sycheva joins Bereke Business as CMO, leading brand strategy and growth across Kazakhstan’s corporate banking sector.
Darya Sycheva has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Bereke Business, the corporate and business banking division of Bereke Bank. In her new role, she will spearhead the division’s marketing strategy, with a focus on strengthening brand positioning, accelerating customer engagement, and driving commercial growth across Kazakhstan’s corporate banking landscape.
As CMO, Sycheva will lead initiatives designed to deliver innovative, customer-centric financial solutions tailored to small, medium, and large corporate clients. Her appointment underscores Bereke Business’s commitment to enhancing its leadership in the competitive business banking sector.
Prior to joining Bereke Bank, Sycheva served as Lead Commercial Marketing Manager for Kazakhstan and Central Asia at Yandex Cloud, where she directed regional marketing initiatives and supported enterprise cloud adoption strategies across key Central Asian markets.
Earlier in her career, she spent more than eight years as Head of Marketing at InformConsulting LLP. During her tenure, she led B2B marketing strategy, managed integrated digital and offline campaigns, and drove partner marketing and sales enablement programs. She also played a pivotal role in a major corporate rebranding effort that contributed to the company’s inclusion in the Forbes Kazakhstan “Top 25 Fastest Growing Companies” list and recognition at the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021 awards.
Sycheva began her marketing journey at New Yorker in Almaty, where she developed expertise in market research, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, and multi-channel campaign execution.
Her appointment marks a significant step in Bereke Business’s strategic growth ambitions as it continues to expand its presence in Kazakhstan’s corporate banking sector.
