Delphine Otzenberger joins XPO Logistics Europe as VP Strategy & Transformation, driving growth and strategic change across European markets.
France, February 2026 — XPO Logistics Europe has appointed Delphine Otzenberger as Vice President, Strategy & Transformation. In her new role, she will join the European Executive Committee and report directly to the President Europe, leading strategy development and transformation initiatives across multiple European markets to support the company’s growth and operational evolution.
Otzenberger brings extensive experience in large-scale transformation and logistics innovation. Prior to joining XPO Logistics Europe, she held several senior leadership roles at CEVA Logistics, most recently founding and leading a Battery Reverse Logistics business unit focused on the electric vehicle battery ecosystem. She built a pan-European operational network from the ground up, forged strategic partnerships with OEMs and recyclers, and managed full commercial and operational execution with end-to-end P&L responsibility.
Earlier at CEVA, she played a key role in major post-merger integration and transformation programs, contributing to the integration of acquisitions including Bolloré Logistics, Ingram Micro CLS, GEFCO, and Colis Privé. Her responsibilities spanned organizational design, operating model alignment, synergy realization, and cost optimization. She also served as Chief of Staff to the Deputy CEO, supporting turnaround initiatives, global process standardization, and sales and cross-sell transformation.
Before her logistics leadership career, Otzenberger spent over six years at Bain & Company, advancing to Manager and leading more than 30 strategy engagements across private equity, telecom, financial services, retail, and utilities sectors in Europe and the United States. She began her career at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, working on portfolio control and optimization initiatives.
Otzenberger holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Mathematics from CentraleSupélec.
