“The most influential impact in my life is my PhD journey in which I learned a lot from different experts around the world,” Chihi reflects. “It was a wonderful experience of perseverance and to keep working with the same energy without losing hope.”

“To be an influential woman in business, you need to keep improving yourself both in hard and soft skills through continuous learning and networking with champions and role models,” she explains. “It’s about being a woman with an impact in this digital world and continuously mentoring and sharing information.”

When pressed on the essential qualities for women entrepreneurs, her answer is direct: “To succeed as a woman entrepreneur, you have to learn how to lead with vision, be a risk-taker, be resilient, keep extending your network, and know how to manage a team with a specific strategy.”

Navigating the Balance

The question of work-life balance in demanding tech roles doesn’t have easy answers, and Chihi acknowledges this reality. Maintaining work-life balance is sometimes difficult to ensure, especially in the tech field. However, she’s found a path forward through understanding the importance of a healthier lifestyle based on setting specific boundaries and prioritizing tasks. These strategies, she believes, make work-life balance achievable even in high-pressure environments.

Looking ahead, Chihi sees organizational evolution as fundamentally tied to strategic adaptation. Company evolution, she argues, is based on updating the strategy and aligning it with the requirements of the digital age.

“The role of a woman in driving the transformation is to open conversations with successful leaders, learn from them, and find partnerships,” she notes.
