The former NDTV management team created Frammer AI more than a year ago, and the interactive media and gaming-focused venture capital firm Lumikai has announced a $2 million seed investment in the company. This money is reportedly intended to boost the startup’s product development, team expansion in the technology area, and growth.
The goal of Frammer AI is to help businesses create videos on social media platforms by leveraging AI technology. The India Today Group, Zee News, and the insurance provider Acko are among the startup’s US and Indian clients. Media enterprises, eCommerce businesses, and major corporations are among this clientele.
Brightcove, a US-listed business that offers streaming services to publishers globally, and Frammer AI have teamed up. This partnership demonstrates Frammer AI’s standing in the market for content development.
“We are excited about the journey ahead with Frammer AI,” stated Lumikai Founding Partner Salone Sehgal. As a leadership team, they have continuously led NDTV to profitability and created value for shareholders by inventing new products, content, and media-tech solutions. Brands, businesses, and media outlets need to constantly interact with consumers on social media, and Frammer AI’s long list of satisfied customers attests to the effectiveness of their product.
The platform from Frammer AI provides a movie creation solution by automating tasks that usually call for a lot of manpower and time. A half-hour video can be divided into 35 parts by the platform in about five minutes. It offers subtitles, transcripts, and clip identification for a variety of formats, including YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Businesses looking to improve their marketing through short-form video content will find this efficiency appealing.
With the money from Lumikai, Frammer AI intends to enter the sports and entertainment industries. To keep up with the expectations of its clientele, the company plans to expand its technological team and allocate funds for data training relevant to its areas of focus.
Short-form video is more needed than ever, according to Suparna Singh, CEO and co-founder of Frammer AI. We are overjoyed to learn from our clients that Frammer is helping them reach a wider audience by making the most of all of their footage. It’s satisfying to see really good results since we trained Frammer to offer the most accurate results for difficult content using all of our experience and knowledge.
With this investment, Frammer AI is better positioned to take advantage of the growing market for video content online and further establish its presence in the interactive media sector.
