Sodexo has appointed Jana Bartlett as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team in Australia. In her new role, Jana will lead financial strategy, commercial governance, performance optimisation, and long-term value creation across Sodexo’s Australian operations.
Jana brings more than a decade of leadership experience with Sodexo, most recently serving as Director of Commercial Operations, where she led enterprise-wide commercial strategy, pricing governance, and contract performance frameworks across diverse portfolios. Her career with the organisation has also included senior operational and commercial leadership roles supporting major energy, resources, and mining clients across Western Australia and nationally.
Prior to joining Sodexo, Jana spent over ten years with Spotless Group, holding a range of senior finance and commercial positions across resources, facilities management, and large-scale contract operations, building deep expertise in financial leadership and governance.
Her appointment reflects Sodexo’s continued focus on strong financial stewardship, commercial excellence, and sustainable growth.
