“My transition into wellness was not a pivot; it was alignment. After years of operating in high-stakes corporate environments, I experienced burnout in a way that forced me to rethink my trajectory. That clarity arrived in 2017, during a solo retreat in the mountains of Bhutan, where I finally allowed myself to ask the question I had been avoiding: If not now, when?,” says Jasmine.

“I left with a conviction that while we cannot change the genetic cards we are dealt, we can absolutely change the way we play them. MaestroWellness was born from that insight—a commitment to delivering holistic, evidence-based wellbeing in the environments where people spend most of their lives: their workplaces,” she adds.

“We learned to listen obsessively to outcomes, not outputs. We built partnerships with exceptional practitioners. We kept clients close, shared our learning openly, and treated every early setback as a signal rather than a deterrent. Resilience became our operating rhythm,” says Jasmine.
