In this role, Katie will spearhead the company’s people strategy, talent development initiatives, and HR operations, driving cultural transformation and supporting workforce excellence across its diverse service portfolio.

Katie brings a wealth of HR and legal expertise to Wizard. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Advisor at NEPEAN, where she focused on strategic HR planning, employee learning and development, and global HR initiatives. Her work emphasized fostering inclusive practices, large-scale problem-solving, and supporting leadership with innovative HR solutions.
Earlier in her career, Katie held progressive roles at Halliburton for nearly two years, first as Human Resources Operations Partner and later as Human Resources Specialist II. She gained international HR operations experience, overseeing talent acquisition, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
She also worked as Human Resources Administrative Coordinator at DTMT Construction, contributing to HRIS systems, recruitment, and the coordination of HR processes. Additionally, Katie’s legal career included positions as Private Client Legal Advisor at Right Legal Group and Legal Case Manager at Fortis Law LTD, where she specialized in estate planning, legal documentation, and administrative law.
With this combined background in HR and law, Katie brings strong analytical, compliance, and interpersonal skills to Wizard Professional Services. Her people-first approach is expected to further strengthen the company’s commitment to scalable and intelligent business solutions.
