BioIVT appoints Katie O’Neill as CHRO, strengthening HR leadership to support growth, innovation, and global workforce strategy.
New York, United States – May 2026: Katie O’Neill has been named Chief Human Resources Officer at BioIVT, bringing extensive global HR leadership experience across life sciences, healthcare technology, organizational transformation, and talent strategy.
In her new role, O’Neill will work closely with leadership teams to strengthen BioIVT’s people strategy and support the company’s mission of advancing scientific innovation and accelerating medical breakthroughs.
Prior to joining BioIVT, she spent more than nine years with Waters Corporation as Vice President, Human Resources. There, she served as executive HR business partner for a multi-billion-dollar global division operating across 35 countries, leading HR strategy for functions including R&D, operations, manufacturing, sales, procurement, and supply chain.
During her tenure at Waters Corporation, O’Neill played a key role in organizational transformation initiatives, leadership development programs, workforce analytics, and employee engagement strategies. She also supported M&A diligence and international integration efforts tied to multiple acquisitions.
Earlier, she spent over a decade with Dell EMC and EMC Corporation, where she held several senior HR leadership roles across global business services, talent integration, organizational development, and executive talent strategy. She contributed significantly to HR integration efforts during EMC’s merger with Dell and led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
She also previously worked with Caliper Life Sciences as an HR Business Partner, supporting organizational integration, leadership development, executive coaching, and compensation alignment.
Throughout her career, O’Neill has developed expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, culture building, employee engagement, and leadership capability development within complex global organizations.
