Kristen Bruner joins Worley as Chief People Officer, bringing global HR leadership to drive talent strategy and transformation initiatives.
Kristen Bruner has been appointed Chief People Officer at Worley, further strengthening the company’s global people and culture leadership as it advances its transformation journey. She will join the organization on May 1 and formally assume the role on July 1, 2026.
Bruner brings extensive global experience in leading people strategy within complex, multinational environments. In her new role, she will focus on aligning talent strategies with business priorities, enhancing organizational capabilities, and supporting Worley’s continued growth and transformation.
She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Huron Consulting Group, where she played a key role in transforming HR into a strategic business partner. Her leadership drove enterprise-wide change initiatives, executive succession planning, and the development of scalable, high-performance talent frameworks.
Prior to Huron, Bruner was Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer at W. L. Gore & Associates, where she was part of the executive leadership team shaping global HR and communications strategy while enhancing employee engagement and brand positioning.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly two decades at Boeing, holding multiple senior HR leadership roles. She led HR for Global Services and IT functions, supporting tens of thousands of employees across more than 70 countries, and contributed to large-scale transformation, leadership development, and organizational design initiatives.
The transition also marks the departure of Vikki Pink, who steps down after nearly seven years as Chief People Officer. Her tenure has been widely recognized for guiding Worley through a period of significant growth and transformation with values-driven leadership.
With a strong track record in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and managing complexity at scale, Bruner is well-positioned to lead Worley’s people agenda into its next phase of growth.
