Olga Žarković joins Nelt Group as Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development, leading recruitment, employer branding, and people strategy.
Nelt Group has appointed Olga Žarković as Head of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, effective January 2026. Based in Belgrade, Serbia, Žarković will lead the group-wide agenda for talent acquisition, executive hiring, organizational development, and employer branding across the company’s multi-market operations.
In her new role, Žarković is responsible for shaping and governing end-to-end recruitment and people processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and a strong employer brand across Nelt Group’s diverse geographies. She works closely with the CHRO, senior leadership, and HR teams to translate business priorities into impactful talent and organizational strategies, while also driving employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, and overall organizational health.
Žarković brings deep institutional knowledge of Nelt Group, having spent more than three years with the organization prior to this appointment. Most recently, she served as Employer Branding & Employee Experience Manager, where she played a key role in advancing employer branding initiatives, engagement frameworks, and people-centric design programs across the Group.
Before joining Nelt Group, Žarković built a strong international foundation at Avon, where she held a series of regional and international roles over more than seven years. Her experience spanned positions including Business Readiness Senior Expert, Innovation Expert International, and leadership roles in training and capability development across the Adriatic, Balkans, and international markets. During this time, she led change management initiatives, digital enablement programs, innovation projects, and large-scale learning initiatives supporting transformation across diverse geographies.
Earlier in her career, Žarković worked across marketing, communications, PR, training design, and creative leadership, developing a multidisciplinary skill set that blends people strategy, employer branding, learning, and culture with strong communication and design thinking capabilities.
