Durban, South Africa, February 2026 — Constantia Flexibles has appointed Pamella Khumbuza as Head of Human Resources (South Africa), reinforcing its commitment to strengthening people strategy and HR leadership across the region.
In her new role, Khumbuza will oversee human resources operations in South Africa, supporting organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement as the company continues to grow its regional footprint.
Before joining Constantia Flexibles, Khumbuza served as Divisional Human Resources Manager at Southey Holdings, where she managed HR initiatives across multiple business units in a complex operational environment. Prior to that, she was Human Resources Manager at Bidvest Travel Holdings, contributing significantly to talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Her career also includes roles as Human Resources Partner at Commercial Automotive Components and Senior HR Officer at Shu Powders Africa, where she developed strong expertise in payroll, employee benefits, industrial relations, recruitment, training and skills development, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable HR consulting and administrative experience at Ignition Group and LexisNexis South Africa.
