Pascal Finke is promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Oppermann Group, overseeing global operations across 11 sites worldwide.
Einbeck, Lower Saxony, Germany, February 2026 — Oppermann Group has promoted Pascal Finke to Chief Operating Officer, elevating him to the executive leadership team with responsibility for coordinating global operations across the company’s international manufacturing footprint.
In his new role, Finke oversees operations spanning 11 production sites across Germany, China, the United States, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, and India. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and performance alignment across the group, supporting approximately €150 million in annual revenue and a workforce of around 900 employees.
Prior to his promotion, Finke served as Head of Operations (Betriebsleiter) at Oppermann Automotive Webbing GmbH, where he led a production team of approximately 80 employees in Einbeck and managed manufacturing operations for narrow fabrics serving the automotive, aviation, aerospace, personal safety, and sports industries. Alongside this role, he also acted as Head of Group Project Management for Oppermann Group, supporting international sites through innovation initiatives, operational due diligence during mergers and acquisitions, and cross-site efficiency and optimization programs.
Earlier in his career, Finke held the position of Group Project Coordinator at Oppermann Group, managing international operational improvement and restructuring projects across multiple countries. His work included post-acquisition integrations and the establishment of new subsidiaries in Vietnam and India. He began his professional journey with the company as a Dual Student in Business Administration and completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant, building a strong operational foundation within the organization.
Finke holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology, Leadership and Management from SRH Fernhochschule – The Mobile University.
