Roots appoints Rosie Pouzar as Chief Commercial Officer to drive growth, strengthen omnichannel strategy, and accelerate enterprise decision-making.
Toronto, Ontario, Canada – February 2026 — Roots has appointed Rosie Pouzar as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), expanding her responsibilities following her role as Head of Omnichannel Growth. In her new position, Pouzar will help sharpen enterprise priorities, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities as the brand strengthens its commercial capabilities.
Pouzar joined Roots in 2025 and has played a key role in advancing the company’s omnichannel strategy. Her appointment reflects Roots’ continued focus on scaling its business and enhancing customer-centric growth.
Commenting on the move, Meghan Roach, President and Chief Executive Officer of Roots, highlighted Pouzar’s strong leadership credentials and strategic clarity, noting her ability to drive performance and enterprise-wide impact.
Before joining Roots, Pouzar spent more than eight years at SEPHORA, where she held multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Retail; SVP & Chief Operating Officer; and Vice President, Finance & Strategy. During her tenure, she supported significant business expansion and led initiatives across retail operations, strategy, finance, and innovation throughout Canada.
Earlier in her career, Pouzar held leadership roles at Cineplex Entertainment, overseeing Financial Planning & Analysis and supporting mergers and acquisitions, corporate modelling, and long-term planning. She began her professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers, building expertise across valuations, consulting, audit, and assurance.
