The CEO of OpenAI, Sam Altman, has invested in the Silicon Valley, USA-based AI business Induced, founded by two adolescents of Indian descent, Aryan Sharma and Ayush Pathak.
The successful conclusion of a $2.3 million fundraising round was announced by Induced today. Tech titans Sam Altman and Peak XV led the charge, while prominent organizations like Signalfire, Superscrypt, and IDEO Colab Ventures enthusiastically participated in the round.
Other notable investors include well-known figures like Daniel Gross, a former YC and Pioneer alumnus, and Nat Friedman, the former CEO of GitHub. Additionally, the firm has received backing from well-known individuals, including Tyler Willis, Julian Weisser, and Balaji Srinivasan, demonstrating the industry’s faith in its ground-breaking technology.
In contrast to conventional agentic AI systems, induced AI workers serve as seamless extensions of human teams, competently handling activities like sales, compliance, and internal operations. Induced stands out thanks to its cloud-first architecture, which enables users to conduct 1 or 1000 processes simultaneously without affecting their workstations.
To date, robotic process automation (RPA) software has only been able to automate deterministic, ruleset-based workflows for browser tasks. The company’s inventive browser environment, which includes integrated LLM reasoning and automated interface capabilities, is designed to manage complex automated workflows. The Induced platform makes it possible to automate intricate and non-deterministic operations by converting user-inputted screen recordings or task descriptions into executable pseudo-code.
It stands out in the field of AI thanks to its induced real-time reasoning capabilities. The platform excels at jobs demanding judgment, like internal audit procedures and background verification workflows. Users have complimented Induced for its adaptability and finding uses in both professional settings, where it gives unprecedented productivity, and in personal settings, where it facilitates simplified data processing and personal task management.
