To implement “borderless IoT” for its asset-tracking systems, Airgain has teamed up with Deutsche Telekom.
The deal enables Airgain to offer connections from Deutsche Telekom and its asset-tracking solutions to customers in the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), among other places.
The goal of Deutsche Telekom’s “T-IoT” introduction last year was to make it easier for businesses to connect to the global IoT. The system uses NB-IoT, LTE-M, LTE, and 5G technologies to enable global IoT.

Whether traveling inside or outside, Airgain’s asset-tracking technology promises to provide tracking. Triangulation using cellular, GPS, and WiFi is available for location tracking.
