Vanessa Morley joins Vocus as Chief People Officer, bringing HR leadership experience from Nine, Qantas, and Coca-Cola Amatil.
Melbourne, Victoria, Australia – June 2026: Vanessa Morley has been appointed Chief People Officer at Vocus, effective August 3, 2026. She will lead the company’s people and culture strategy as Vocus continues to expand its digital infrastructure, connectivity, and enterprise services across Australia.
Morley brings extensive experience in people strategy, organizational transformation, talent development, inclusion, leadership capability, and HR operating models. Her appointment reflects Vocus’ focus on building a future-ready workforce and strengthening its organizational culture.
Prior to joining Vocus, Morley served as Chief People Officer at Nine, where she led the people and culture agenda for one of Australia’s largest locally owned media organizations.
Earlier, she was Group Head of Talent at Coca-Cola Amatil, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, inclusion, and talent growth across the Asia-Pacific region.
Before that, Morley served as Director – Human Resources and General Affairs at Samsung Australia, leading HR strategy, workforce initiatives, and organizational change programs. She also spent more than nine years with Qantas, holding senior leadership roles across HR transformation, talent and inclusion, employee relations, and corporate people strategy.
Her earlier career included HR and employee relations positions with Insurance Australia Group, The Marketing Store, and Employers First.
With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and scalable people strategies, Morley is expected to play a key role in advancing Vocus’ leadership capability and workforce transformation initiatives.
