Wilson Moyo joins Hollard Zambia as Group Head – People & Culture, leading HR strategy, talent management, and culture transformation.

Wilson Moyo has been appointed Group Head – People & Culture at Hollard Zambia, where he will lead the company’s people strategy and cultural transformation initiatives.
In his new role, Moyo will work closely with executive leadership to design and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term business objectives. His responsibilities include overseeing talent management, strengthening employee engagement, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and managing the full employee lifecycle across the business.
Prior to joining Hollard Zambia, Moyo served as Head of Human Capital & Administration at Infratel Zambia for nearly five years, where he led workforce planning, employee engagement programs, and performance management frameworks to support the company’s strategic growth.
Earlier, he held the role of Group Head of Human Resources at Aflife Holdings Limited, overseeing HR strategy across the group’s financial services and consulting operations. His responsibilities included governance and compliance, talent acquisition and retention, remuneration management, and serving as Secretary to the HR Committee of the Board.
Moyo also previously served as Head of Human Resources at Mahogany Air and BSBK Limited, where he led initiatives related to organizational development, culture transformation, and performance management systems. Earlier in his career, he worked as Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone, contributing to HR strategy and organizational development programs.
He began his professional journey in HR and administrative roles with organizations including The Copperbelt University, Varun Beverages Limited, Stanbic Bank Zambia, and Barclays, building a strong foundation in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
His appointment reflects Hollard Zambia’s commitment to strengthening its people-first culture while supporting sustainable growth in the country’s insurance sector.
