The round was led by Unicorn India Ventures with additional participation from AlphaGen Venture Capital, underscoring growing investor confidence in technology-driven healthcare solutions.
The fresh infusion of capital will enable Zealthix to expand its operations, scale revenue streams, and strengthen its cutting-edge technology platform that is digitising the country’s healthcare ecosystem. Building a Connected Healthcare Ecosystem
Founded in 2023 by Abhishek Kumar and Avinash Gupta, Zealthix has developed a cloud-based middleware platform designed to integrate the often-fragmented healthcare system in India. Its software enables payers and insurers to roll out cashless OPD networks and comprehensive health plans with greater speed, transparency, and efficiency.
Over the past year, the company has already signed 20 customers, including leading insurers, brokers, and healthcare plan providers. Its OPD stack is now live with several partners, delivering real-world impact by streamlining health plan curation and administration.
Zealthix has also achieved notable industry certifications. It is certified by the National Health Authority as a connector, enabling health providers to become Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) compliant and interoperable. In addition, Zealthix holds the distinction of being the first platform certified by the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) for Healthcare Seller Node, making it a pioneer in democratising healthcare distribution across India.
