The Creative Force of Transformation
For Iwona Fluda, the word that best defines her is “creative.”
But creativity, in her world, is far more than artistic expression—it’s a force of transformation, a bridge between imagination and implementation. Her life’s work revolves around turning intangible dreams into tangible impact, connecting art, science, technology, and human potential into living systems of change.
Born and raised in Poland, in a society rebuilding itself after systemic transition, resilience and reinvention became part of her DNA. Creativity was her compass—her way to make sense of the world.
“Over the years, that compass guided me through multiple geographies and disciplines. Each place I have ever visited taught me something vital: that creativity is universal, yet its expression depends on culture, courage, and often community,” says Iwona.
An Education in Systems and Storytelling
“My education shaped both my analytical and creative capacities,” says Iwona.
Armed with a Master’s in Applied Human Geography, Iwona learned to understand systems, interconnections, and the impact of human behavior on environments. Her second Master’s, in German Philology, honed her communication, storytelling, and cultural interpretation skills—essential tools for leading with empathy and clarity.
Further education, including the MIT Bootcamp in Venture Scaling, deepened her ability to translate ideas into actionable strategic impact. Combined with her advisory work with startups in creativity, innovation, technology, space, and sustainability, Iwona leads through foresight—bridging creativity, ethics, and impact in everything she builds.
Nature, Imagination, and the Power of Renewal
Two powerful forces have deeply shaped Iwona’s journey: nature and imagination.
Nature taught her rhythm, patience, and perspective, reminding her that growth is cyclical, not linear. Imagination, meanwhile, has shown her that boundaries are man-made and can be redrawn.
Her transformative experience with long-COVID became a profound turning point.
“Equally transformative was my personal journey through long-COVID, which forced me to slow down and rediscover inner alignment. That period of recovery rekindled my belief that creativity is a healing and regenerative force, capable of restoring balance in individuals and systems alike. Systems thinking and EQ are two other components that have influenced the way I think and act in the world,” she expressed.
Turning Crisis into Creation
When Iwona moved from Hong Kong to Switzerland in 2017, she arrived with no network, no plan, and no job. After months of uncertainty, she realized that waiting for permission was not an option—she needed to create her own opportunity.
That realization led to the birth of Creative Switzerland, a platform for creative communities, connecting artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Then came the pandemic: a global turning point. Many creatives lost their livelihoods, but instead of retreating, Iwona chose to double down on purpose. In 2020, she officially founded the Ministry of Creativity LLC, transforming crisis into creation—a living testament to her belief that creativity is not a luxury but a survival skill for the future.
Building the Ministry of Creativity
The founding idea behind the Ministry of Creativity emerged from a single insight:
The world doesn’t suffer from a lack of resources—it suffers from a lack of imagination.
“I wanted to build a company that treats creativity as the foundation of transformation. Our initial mission was to empower people and organizations to unlock their creative potential,” asserts Iwona. “Over time, that mission evolved from individual empowerment to systemic change—integrating creativity into technology, sustainability, and space exploration.”
The Moonshot Celebration beautifully reflects this evolution. What started as a poetic act—sending human wishes to the Moon—has become a global collaboration between art, science, and exploration, symbolizing hope, unity, and humanity’s timeless desire to reach beyond the visible horizon.
Overcoming Hurdles with Creative Resilience
“Starting a creative company during a global pandemic came with its share of hurdles—financial uncertainty, skepticism, and solitude,” says Iwona. “The first challenge was raising awareness that creativity is not a ‘soft skill’ but a strategic driver. I had to demonstrate value through action: curating projects that delivered measurable results and resonance,” she added.
“I learned to bootstrap, barter, and build ecosystems from scratch. I turned setbacks into prototypes and used each “no” as redirection. My community: artists, scientists, and entrepreneurs became my co-creators,” she continues. “Overcoming obstacles became a creative act in itself. I discovered that perseverance, empathy, and imagination are the most powerful currencies a founder can hold.”
The Ministry’s Three Pillars of Impact
Under Iwona’s leadership, the Ministry of Creativity operates through three interconnected pillars:
- Creative Advisory & Innovation Design – guiding organizations in integrating creativity, ethics, and foresight into business strategy and culture.
- Immersive Experiences & Exhibitions – projects like the Future of Humanity Experience (Davos 2025, Basel 2025), where art and science meet public imagination, and Moonshot Celebration, which collects wishes and dreams and sends them to the Moon.
- Education & Workshops – programs such as Harness AI for Unforgettable Experiences and AI for Good, which merge creative leadership with responsible technology use.

Through these initiatives, Iwona continues to position creativity as a transformative force for industries and individuals alike.
Leading with Empathy and Purpose
As a dynamic entrepreneur, Iwona believes her key responsibility is to turn vision into velocity—ensuring that imagination becomes implementation without losing its integrity. She leads by curating people, partnerships, and ideas—designing ecosystems where innovation thrives through collaboration rather than competition. “I serve as a mentor, advisor, and connector, and bridge art and technology, academia and industry, local and cosmic perspectives,” says Iwona.
“As an entrepreneur, I also feel responsible for redefining leadership itself away from control and toward co-creation, empathy, and balance. My work is not only to build a company but to cultivate a culture that empowers others to lead with creativity and courage,” she added.
Balancing Purpose and Presence
For Iwona, balance is not about separation—it’s about integration. Creativity flows through every part of life—work, rest, and reflection. She finds grounding in daily rituals: walking in nature, journaling, and spending quiet time under the moon. These moments of stillness nourish her clarity, imagination, and germinate ideas.
“I’ve learned that saying ‘No’ is also an act of creation. It protects space for what truly matters. Balance, for me, means living in alignment—when purpose and practice mirror each other, life itself becomes a creative act,” says Iwona.
Architecting a Global Platform for Creative Consciousness
Looking ahead, Iwona envisions the Ministry of Creativity evolving into a global platform for creative consciousness—bridging art, technology, and ethics to inspire systemic change. Over the next two years, she plans to expand its flagship initiatives—including the Moonshot Celebration and new educational programs in AI and creativity—transforming them into sustainable, impact-driven ecosystems.
“My role will be to architect this evolution—shaping strategic partnerships, expanding our global footprint, and ensuring that creativity remains at the heart of every innovation. Ultimately, I aim to establish the Ministry as a catalyst for a more imaginative, ethical, and interconnected future,” assures Iwona.
A Lunar Path of Leadership
Iwona Fluda’s journey has never been linear—it has been lunar: cyclical, reflective, and guided by light even in darkness. Every challenge has revealed a deeper purpose; every milestone has reaffirmed her belief that creativity is humanity’s shared superpower.
“As one of the Most Dynamic Women Leaders to Follow in 2025, I don’t see leadership as status but as stewardship. It is an invitation to nurture possibility. Because when we dare to dream together, we don’t just change industries—we change the story of what it means to be human,” she asserts.
