Helena Svensson has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Endress+Hauser Group, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing its global people strategy and organizational transformation.
In her new role, Svensson will lead the company’s global HR function, focusing on talent strategy, HR transformation, and strengthening organizational capabilities across its international footprint. Her appointment reflects Endress+Hauser’s continued investment in building a future-ready workforce aligned with its innovation-driven growth ambitions.
Before joining Endress+Hauser, Svensson served as Vice President Human Resources International at ACCO Brands, where she led HR strategy across EMEA, ANZ, and APAC regions. She previously held the role of Vice President Human Resources EMEA at the same organization, driving regional HR initiatives and enhancing talent development frameworks.
Svensson also brings extensive experience from her long tenure at Bosch, where she held multiple senior leadership roles, including Vice President HR Transformation & Global Strategy and Vice President International Human Resource Management. During this time, she played a key role in shaping global HR transformation programs, leadership development, and talent strategies across engineering and mobility businesses.
Earlier in her career, she held several HR leadership roles at Voith Group, focusing on international HR policies, workforce mobility, and global assignments.
With more than 20 years of global HR leadership experience, Svensson brings deep expertise in HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, and global talent management—positioning her to effectively lead Endress+Hauser’s evolving people agenda.
