Burger holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stellenbosch University, which she completed between 2010 and 2013.
Her specialization provides expertise relevant to areas including organizational development, employee engagement, leadership, workplace dynamics and the development of people strategies that support broader business objectives.
