Newark, California, United States — September 2026 — CreateMe has appointed Leslie Lambert as Vice President, People & Business Operations, bringing her extensive experience in human resources, talent development and organizational leadership to the AI robotics company.
Lambert’s appointment expands an existing relationship with CreateMe. She initially joined the company in July 2026 as a Fractional HR Consultant before transitioning to its senior leadership team in August 2026. In her new role, she will oversee people and business operations as CreateMe continues to scale its automated manufacturing platform for soft materials.
With approximately 30 years of experience, Lambert has held leadership positions across retail, consumer, design and technology-oriented organizations. Her career in people leadership dates back to 1996, with a focus on HR strategy, talent development, organizational operations and employee leadership.
Career Background
Before joining CreateMe, Lambert spent more than six years at Lolli & Pops, where she progressed from Human Resources Director to VP of HR. She served as HR Director for five years before being promoted to vice president in November 2024.
Earlier, Lambert was Human Resources Director at Circa of America in San Francisco.
She also spent nearly five years at Sephora, serving first as Regional HR Manager and later as Manager, Talent Development. Her experience there included regional HR leadership and talent development.
Earlier in her career, Lambert spent more than three years as HR Manager for the Williams Sonoma brand at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., followed by approximately three years as Regional HR Manager at Bare Escentuals.
Her previous positions also include HR Manager at the Stupski Foundation, Partner and Consultant at Imbue Information Design, and approximately five years as HR Manager at Landor Associates.
Lambert now brings this broad background in people leadership and organizational operations to CreateMe as the company continues its growth.
