Canada — October 2026: BioScript Solutions has appointed Jennifer Casu-Morin as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience across healthcare operations, pharmacy services, organizational transformation, business development, and commercial strategy.
Casu-Morin joins BioScript Solutions following her tenure as President of National Seating & Mobility Canada, where she led the Canadian business across strategic and operational priorities. Her responsibilities included organizational transformation, operational modernization, commercial growth, leadership alignment, and stakeholder engagement in a regulated healthcare environment. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Headwaters Health Care Centre.
Extensive Leadership Experience in Healthcare
Before her appointment at BioScript Solutions, Casu-Morin served as Executive Managing Director at Bayshore Home Care Solutions, further strengthening her leadership experience in healthcare services and operations. Her career has been marked by a focus on operational performance, business development, and organizational effectiveness across healthcare-related businesses.
She previously spent more than nine years at Shoppers Drug Mart, holding several senior leadership positions. These included Senior Vice President of Enterprise Pharmacy Operations & Transformation, Vice President of Enterprise Operations Development & Systems, Vice President of Operations & Clinical Medisystem Pharmacy, and Director of Brand Pharmaceutical Partnerships.
Across these roles, Casu-Morin developed experience spanning pharmacy operations, enterprise transformation, clinical pharmacy services, systems development, and pharmaceutical partnerships.
Experience Across Pharmacy Services and Business Development
Earlier in her career, Casu-Morin spent more than six years with McKesson, where she held leadership positions across sales, customer solutions, therapeutic adherence solutions, and business development. Her experience at the company added to her understanding of healthcare distribution, customer-focused solutions, and commercial operations.
She also held senior business solutions roles at Sav-Rx Prescription Services, HealthTrans, Health ASP, and Systems Xcellence Inc. These positions broadened her experience across healthcare technology, prescription services, and business operations.
