Before joining NIC Services Group, Dolphin served as Chief People Officer at SBFM for more than four years. Her experience in the facilities management sector provided a foundation in aligning people strategies with business operations and organizational objectives.
During her career, Dolphin has focused on people leadership, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Her experience in these areas is relevant to businesses that rely on large, geographically dispersed workforces to deliver services across multiple locations.
Career Progression at Atalian Servest
Dolphin previously spent more than six years at Atalian Servest UK & Ireland, progressing from Recruitment and Development Manager to Head of Learning and Development.
Her responsibilities across recruitment and learning and development strengthened her experience in talent acquisition, workforce capability, employee development, and people management. This progression reflects her broader career focus on connecting recruitment, learning, and organizational development with business needs.
Earlier, Dolphin held recruitment leadership positions at Gi Group as Regional Manager and at Frontline Recruitment Group as Account Manager. These roles added to her experience in recruitment operations, workforce management, and talent development.

Alongside her executive career, Dolphin serves as Executive in Residence at the Institute for Equity, University Centre, where she provides strategic guidance on workforce transformation, organizational design, and inclusive leadership.
