Enterprise AI company Nurix AI has officially rebranded as NuPlay AI, marking a strategic shift toward building autonomous, self-improving AI systems designed to automate enterprise operations. The move comes after the company’s acquisition of Verloop.io, a development that significantly strengthened its conversational AI capabilities and accelerated its long-term product roadmap.
The Bengaluru-headquartered company said the new identity reflects the growing prominence of its flagship NuPlay platform, which enables businesses to deploy intelligent AI agents capable of learning from real-world interactions and continuously improving without requiring constant manual adjustments.
Rebranding Reflects a Broader Enterprise AI Strategy
The transition from Nurix AI to NuPlay AI represents more than a name change. It signals the company’s evolution from offering conversational AI solutions to delivering an enterprise platform built around autonomous AI agents capable of handling business workflows, decision-making, and process orchestration.
According to the company, the platform integrates AI agents, workflow automation, and human oversight to help enterprises streamline operations across multiple software environments. Rather than relying solely on predefined automation, the system is designed to adapt using production feedback, allowing AI agents to become increasingly effective over time.
The rebranding also follows the integration of Verloop.io, whose conversational AI technology expanded the company’s capabilities in customer engagement and enterprise communication.
Supporting Large-Scale Enterprise Operations
NuPlay AI says its platform is already being used by more than 100 enterprise customers, collectively processing over 20 million customer conversations every month. The company reports that several enterprise deployments have achieved customer interaction containment rates of more than 82%, enabling AI agents to resolve a large share of customer requests without human intervention.
These deployments span complex enterprise workflows where businesses are increasingly seeking scalable automation while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
AI Agents That Continuously Learn
A key differentiator of NuPlay AI’s platform is its focus on continuous improvement. Instead of requiring engineering teams to manually retrain or reconfigure AI systems on a regular basis, the platform automatically monitors how AI agents perform against business objectives.
It identifies recurring issues, evaluates performance patterns, tests potential improvements, and introduces validated enhancements into production environments. The optimization process extends beyond conversational AI to workflow orchestration and connected enterprise applications, helping organizations improve both customer experiences and internal operations.
Founder and CEO Mukesh Bansal said enterprise AI is entering a new phase where the real challenge is no longer whether AI can manage customer interactions, but whether those systems can consistently improve as they operate in real-world environments. He added that customers had increasingly begun identifying the company with its NuPlay platform, making the rebranding a natural progression.
New Identity, Same Customer Experience
As part of the transition, NuPlay AI has unveiled a refreshed brand identity, including a new logo, website, and visual design. Despite the branding overhaul, the company confirmed that its products, customer support services, and day-to-day operations will continue without disruption.
Existing customers will continue using the same technology platform while benefiting from future enhancements under the NuPlay AI brand.
Company Targets Fourfold Growth
Looking ahead, NuPlay AI has outlined ambitious expansion plans, aiming to achieve 4X business growth over the next two years.
To support that objective, the company plans to invest heavily in advancing self-improving AI capabilities, introducing more powerful AI models, and expanding multilingual functionality to serve a broader global customer base.
Its long-term vision centers on creating what it describes as an “autopilot enterprise”—an environment where intelligent AI agents autonomously manage routine customer interactions and operational workflows, requiring minimal human intervention while continuously improving through real-world experience.
As enterprises increasingly seek AI systems that deliver measurable productivity gains while reducing manual maintenance, NuPlay AI is positioning itself at the forefront of the next generation of autonomous enterprise automation.
