Paul C. Strobel becomes Global Head of Strategic Communications at Quantum Systems, strengthening its global brand leadership.
Berlin, Germany – May 2026: Paul C. Strobel has been elevated to Global Head of Strategic Communications & Spokesperson at Quantum Systems, reinforcing the company’s leadership as it advances its global growth and strategic communications initiatives.
Strobel has been with Quantum Systems for more than two years, previously serving as Public Affairs Lead & Spokesperson for Political Communications. In that role, he played a key part in shaping the company’s public affairs strategy, political communications, stakeholder engagement, and positioning within Europe’s evolving defense and security ecosystem.
Prior to joining Quantum Systems, Strobel served as Director Digital Communications for the Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023, leading digital communications and international storytelling efforts for the first Invictus Games hosted in Germany while also serving as a Major in the German Federal Armed Forces.
Earlier in his career, he spent nearly five years with Initiative Neue Soziale Marktwirtschaft (INSM), where he progressed from Campaigner to Head of Social Media, leading strategic public policy campaigns and digital advocacy initiatives.
His professional background also includes communications and public affairs roles with CEO Positions AG, Serviceplan Group, the Free Democratic Party (FDP), the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in London, and the Bundeswehr.
With more than a decade of experience across strategic communications, political affairs, defense, and public relations, Strobel brings expertise in brand positioning, sovereignty narratives, stakeholder engagement, and global communications strategy.
