Blue Water Shipping appoints Stine Würtz Jepsen as CHRO to lead global people strategy, culture, and talent development across operations.
Esbjerg, Denmark — March 2026: Stine Würtz Jepsen has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Water Shipping, effective 1 May. In her new role, she will lead the Group’s global People & Culture function, focusing on strengthening organizational culture, talent development, and leadership capabilities.
Jepsen brings more than 20 years of experience across human resources, organizational development, and strategic leadership within international companies. She is expected to play a central role in developing employees and leadership frameworks as Blue Water Shipping continues to expand its global footprint.
Her appointment comes as the company intensifies its international growth strategy, reinforcing its focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership excellence, and talent development across global operations.
Prior to joining Blue Water Shipping, Jepsen held senior HR leadership roles across major international organizations, including Vestas, Terma, and Skyborn Renewables. In these roles, she led strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformation, and culture development across complex, multinational environments.
Most recently, she served as Director at People & Performance, further strengthening her expertise in leadership advisory and performance transformation. She also serves as a board member at Flex Wind.
