Shannon Susko founded Metronome United in 2012. It is a global Business Growth Coaching business with 70 Coaches worldwide. It is a community of like-minded coaches and leaders who use the most effective and proven methodologies and frameworks to assist their customers develop successful businesses while having fun.
Shannon is also the CEO and the Co-Founder of Subserveo (2008-2011) and Paradata Systems Inc (1995-2006). In 2016, she also co-founded Metronome Growth Systems, with over 150 instructors, 2000 organizations, and 12,000 users.
An Inspiration to Women Entrepreneurs
Shannon has appeared on local, national, and worldwide podcasts, newspapers, and various other media. She served on the boards of Women of Whistler, the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs of BC, and Women Networking in Transactions. This community then uses Shannon’s teachings, tools, and stories to impact thousands of growing firms worldwide.
Being an Author
Shannon is the author of two internationally acclaimed business books. Her debut book, The Metronome Effect, is an Amazon Best Seller that has received praise from top CEOs and business resource reviews. The 3HAG WAY, Shannon’s second book, released in April 2018 and was named a New Release Best Seller.
A Woman in Tech
Being a woman in the IT field has only become acceptable and encouraged in the last 5-10 years. She was the youngest Chair of ACETECH for CEOs by CEOs and the sole female Chair until 2019. She broke down boundaries in the tech industry.
