Noatum Logistics appoints Marco Civardi as Managing Director for Asia to lead regional strategy and drive growth across key logistics markets.
Hong Kong SAR — March 2026: Marco Civardi has been appointed Managing Director for Asia at Noatum Logistics, strengthening the company’s leadership presence across one of the world’s fastest-growing logistics markets.
In his new role, Civardi will oversee the company’s Asia strategy and regional operations, focusing on expanding capabilities, enhancing customer outcomes, and accelerating growth across key trade lanes and industry sectors. Known for his leadership approach centered on talent development, cultural awareness, and strategic execution, he is expected to play a key role in advancing Noatum Logistics’ regional expansion plans.
Prior to joining Noatum Logistics, Civardi served as CEO, China at JAS Worldwide from 2021 to 2026. During his tenure, he led a strategic transformation roadmap that aligned organizational growth with broader global mission, vision, and operational frameworks.
Earlier, Civardi spent nearly eight years with A.P. Moller – Maersk, where he served as Area Managing Director for Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. In that role, he oversaw integrated logistics and ocean operations and led cross-market business alignment following post-merger integration initiatives.
Before Maersk, he held several regional leadership roles with Panalpina, including Regional Head of Fashion for Asia Pacific and Country Head of Marketing and Sales in Japan. Earlier in his career, Civardi worked in business development roles across Asia and gained experience with British Airways Cargo in Milan.
Alongside his executive career, Civardi currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Au Lac Corporation and KCN Vietnam, reflecting his ongoing engagement with Asia’s maritime and industrial development ecosystem.
