Miami, Florida, United States — March 2026: Beth Erickson has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Simpro Group. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, supporting its expansion as the organization continues to scale its AI-first platform for the trades industry.
Erickson will focus on building a strong global talent engine to drive product innovation, enhance customer success, and strengthen operational performance as Simpro expands its international footprint.
Commenting on the appointment, Fred Voccola, Chairman and CEO of Simpro Group, noted that Erickson joins the company at a pivotal moment as it advances its AI-first platform and strengthens its market leadership. Her leadership is expected to align the company’s talent strategy with its global growth ambitions.
Simpro Group is currently expanding its operations worldwide and plans to add more than 1,000 employees in the coming years. The new roles will span sales, engineering, product development, customer experience, and corporate functions, with approximately half of the positions based at the company’s Miami headquarters.
Erickson brings more than two decades of human resources leadership experience across complex, high-growth organizations. Throughout her career, she has led international HR teams, supported organizational transformations during expansion and acquisitions, strengthened performance management systems, and implemented talent strategies in large-scale operational environments.
