Carrie Paul-Dickens joins Procore Technologies as VP, leading a data-driven HR model to enhance workforce strategy and business alignment.
San Francisco Bay Area, United States – March 2026 – Carrie Paul-Dickens has been named Vice President, People Business Partners & Insights at Procore Technologies, where she will lead the development of a unified and data-driven people operating model.
In her new role, Paul-Dickens will integrate People Business Partners, Employee Relations, People Analytics, and People Solutions into a cohesive framework, enabling a more strategic, proactive, and insight-led HR function aligned with business goals.
Previously, she served as Vice President, People Operations, Analytics, and Technology at Procore Technologies, where she oversaw people technology, analytics, shared services, and M&A integration—playing a key role in scaling the organization’s HR capabilities.
Before joining Procore, she held several leadership roles at Workday, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where she led global hiring strategies and drove workforce transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
Her earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Salesforce and Marketo, where she led global HR business partner teams. She began her career with organizations such as PlayStation and Swinerton Builders, building strong expertise in talent development, HR strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
