Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — September 2026: Sandoz has appointed Ha Vo as General Manager, Vietnam, assigning her responsibility for leading the company’s operations and supporting continued business development in the market. She brings more than two decades of professional experience, including extensive pharmaceutical leadership across Vietnam, Taiwan, and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Vo joins Sandoz after more than five years with Organon in Vietnam, where she held senior leadership positions including Executive Director & Country Lead for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar and Chief Representative for Vietnam. Her career also includes a significant tenure with MSD, where she progressed through roles spanning commercial effectiveness, operations, business units, market access, and regional leadership.
Leadership Experience at Organon
Most recently, Vo led Organon’s business across Vietnam and several Southeast Asian markets. As Executive Director & Country Lead for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, she was responsible for regional business leadership and market development.
During her time at Organon, Vo was involved in the transformation of the company’s Vietnam operating model, including its evolution from a representative office into a foreign-invested enterprise. Her professional profile also credits the organization with tripling the size of its Vietnam business during this period.
Her experience at Organon strengthened her background in business transformation, organizational development, commercial strategy, and pharmaceutical market growth.
Extensive Career with MSD
Before joining Organon, Vo built an extensive career with MSD, taking on progressively broader responsibilities across Vietnam, Taiwan, and Asia Pacific.
In Taiwan, she served as Tribe Lead for the Reimbursement Tribe as MSD transitioned toward an agile organizational structure. She previously served as Business Unit Director for Primary Care, where she was responsible for commercial leadership and portfolio management.
At the regional level, Vo served as Regional Market Access Director, Asia Pacific, gaining experience in market access strategy across multiple markets.
Earlier, as a Business Unit Director, she managed vaccines sales and marketing while also overseeing pharmacy-channel and multichannel marketing activities. She also served as Associate Director – Commercial Operations, leading areas including marketing and sales training, salesforce effectiveness, market research, and multichannel marketing.
Foundation in Consumer and Market Insights
Vo’s career in the pharmaceutical industry was preceded by roles focused on consumer insights and market research.
She worked with Unilever as Consumer Market Insight Manager and spent more than six years with TNS Worldpanel, part of Kantar Group, where she progressed to Senior Account Manager.
These early positions provided a foundation in consumer behavior, market intelligence, and commercial analysis that later complemented her pharmaceutical leadership experience.

With experience spanning market research, commercial effectiveness, market access, business leadership, and regional strategy, Vo brings a broad perspective to her new role at Sandoz.
As General Manager, Vietnam, her background positions her to lead the company’s local operations while supporting its continued development in the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market and its broader focus on access to generic and biosimilar medicines.
Vo holds an MBA in Marketing from Solvay Business School in Vietnam.
