Charlotte Ellermann joins LEO Pharma as Strategic HR Business Partner, bringing strong HR leadership to support product supply and people strategy.
Charlotte Ellermann has been appointed Strategic HR Business Partner for Product Supply at LEO Pharma, marking a significant step in her extensive human resources career and strengthening the company’s people strategy within a critical business function.
In her new role, Ellermann will support the Product Supply division by driving HR business partnering, enhancing people strategies, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. Her appointment reflects LEO Pharma’s continued focus on aligning talent and workforce strategies with business priorities.
Prior to joining LEO Pharma, Ellermann spent over 12 years at Lundbeck, where she held several progressive roles including Director People & Organization, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Partner. Her tenure highlights strong expertise in leadership development, talent management, and strategic HR partnership.
In addition to her corporate experience, she has served as a Board Member at NEXT – UDDANNELSE KØBENHAVN. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles at Nomeco A/S, Steff Houlberg, Digiquant, and Olivetti, building a well-rounded foundation in HR consulting and organizational support.
With a diverse background spanning multiple industries and leadership roles, Ellermann brings a comprehensive HR perspective that will support LEO Pharma’s people agenda and operational excellence in Product Supply.
