Léa Dunand-Chatellet becomes CEO of Mirova, leading the sustainable investment firm into its next phase of global growth and ESG innovation.
Paris, France – June 2026 – Mirova, the sustainable investing affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, has appointed Léa Dunand-Chatellet as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Her appointment, approved by Mirova’s Board of Directors, marks a new chapter for the sustainable investment firm as she succeeds Philippe Zaouati.
A recognized leader in sustainable finance, Dunand-Chatellet brings more than 20 years of experience in responsible investing and asset management. Having spent over a decade within the Natixis Investment Managers ecosystem, including leadership roles at both Mirova and DNCA Finance, she has played a pivotal role in advancing ESG integration, sustainable investment strategies, and responsible finance across the industry.
Most recently, she served as Head of Responsible Investment and ESG Portfolio Manager at DNCA Finance, where she established the firm’s responsible investment division and launched its first range of sustainable investment funds. Earlier, she was Head of Equity Management at Mirova, leading equity investment strategies focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. She also gained valuable experience at Sycomore Asset Management and Oddo Securities, where she helped shape early sustainable investment frameworks.
In her new role, Dunand-Chatellet will lead Mirova’s next phase of international growth, strengthening its position in sustainable investing while expanding its listed and private asset capabilities. She will focus on helping investors achieve long-term financial performance alongside measurable environmental and social impact.
Beyond her executive responsibilities, Dunand-Chatellet is a respected voice in sustainable finance. She serves on several influential French regulatory and industry committees, including the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the French Asset Management Association (AFG), and the French Ministry of the Economy’s ISR Label Committee. She is also a frequent lecturer on responsible investing and co-author of the reference book ISR et Finance Responsable.
Her appointment underscores Mirova’s commitment to strengthening its global leadership in sustainable investing and accelerating the transition toward a more responsible financial ecosystem.
