Ryan Stafford joins Fluor Corporation as VP Talent Management after a 27-year leadership career spanning HR and talent roles at AT&T.

Irving, Texas, United States – June 2026: Ryan Stafford has joined Fluor Corporation as Vice President Talent Management. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s enterprise-wide talent strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, talent mobility, and workforce capability initiatives that support Fluor’s global growth objectives.

Stafford brings more than two decades of leadership experience across human resources, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, labor relations, executive development, sales, marketing, and operations.

Prior to joining Fluor, he spent nearly 27 years with AT&T, where he held a series of senior leadership roles spanning HR, talent development, business operations, and organizational strategy. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President Human Resources Business Partner, leading HR support for AT&T’s global Network Organization and aligning people strategy with business objectives for approximately 50,000 employees worldwide.

Earlier at AT&T, Stafford served as Assistant Vice President Human Resources, Labor Relations, where he managed labor strategy, workforce planning, collective bargaining, and employee relations for more than 20,000 employees. He also held leadership roles as Assistant Vice President Human Resources, Chief of Staff and HR Business Partner, and Assistant Vice President Training, Leadership Development & Executive Programming.

Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in creating AT&T’s unified learning ecosystem, designing workforce transformation programs, and leading executive development initiatives that impacted more than 200,000 employees globally. His career at the company also included leadership positions across marketing, retail sales, customer operations, finance, and strategic business initiatives.

In addition to his corporate experience, Stafford has served as a leadership instructor with TCU Neeley Executive Education, SMU Cox School of Business Executive Education, and Collin Corporate College, teaching leadership, executive communication, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global.
