Tatiana S. joins Emerging Travel Group as Director Total Rewards, bringing HR and rewards leadership from Criteo and inDrive.
Berlin, Germany – May 2026: Tatiana S. has joined Emerging Travel Group as Director Total Rewards, bringing extensive expertise in compensation and benefits, HR analytics, people strategy, and organizational performance to support the company’s expanding global workforce.
Alongside her new position, Tatiana also serves as Co-Founder of IMPERIUM ACADEMY, a strategic learning platform focused on strengthening leadership and business acumen for HR and Total Rewards professionals.
Before joining Emerging Travel Group, she served as Total Reward Manager at sennder. Earlier, she held multiple leadership positions at inDrive, including Total Reward Manager and Senior HR Business Partner Growth, where she contributed to rewards strategy, incentive design, organizational development, and people management initiatives.
Previously, Tatiana worked as Reward Director at Criteo and earlier as Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics at IPONWEB, which was later acquired by Criteo. During this period, she built expertise in compensation planning, pay benchmarking, HR analytics, HRIS management, and rewards governance.
Her earlier career also includes HR leadership roles at Philip Morris International as People and Culture Manager and at Yandex as HR Business Partner, where she focused on employee engagement, HR strategy, and organizational development.
