Claire de Coincy joins Moët Hennessy as CHRO, bringing luxury HR leadership to drive talent strategy, culture, and global transformation.

Claire de Coincy has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Moët Hennessy, strengthening the group’s commitment to a people-first culture across its global operations.

In her new role, de Coincy will lead the global HR function, focusing on shaping organizational culture, strengthening talent strategies, and supporting teams across multiple Maisons, regions, and markets. Her leadership will be key in aligning people initiatives with long-term business goals in an evolving global landscape.

Most recently, she served as CHRO at LVMH Holdings & Other Activities, where she oversaw HR strategy for corporate functions and a diverse portfolio spanning media, hospitality, Métiers d’Art, and Vins d’Exception. As a member of the Group HR Executive Committee, she played a central role in enhancing talent attraction and organizational effectiveness.

Previously, de Coincy was Global Human Resources Director at Chloé, where she led global HR initiatives as part of the executive committee. Her work focused on talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership development, and advancing diversity, inclusion, and CSR strategies.

Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at L’Oréal, holding key leadership roles including Human Resources Director for L’Oréal Luxe and Lancôme International. During this time, she contributed to global talent development, digital transformation, and strategic HR programs across leading luxury beauty brands.

With extensive experience across luxury, global consumer brands, and multinational environments, de Coincy brings a strong track record in organizational transformation, culture-building, and talent strategy—positioning her to lead Moët Hennessy’s people agenda into its next phase of growth.
