Dublin, Ohio, United States – March 2026 – Kelly Hosket has stepped into a new role as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Cardinal Health, where she will support the company’s USMPD organization. This appointment marks a significant milestone in her 15+ year career with the organization.
In her new position, Hosket will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and supporting workforce initiatives across the division.
Prior to this promotion, she served as Director, HR Business Partner at Cardinal Health, where she contributed to advancing HR priorities and enhancing business partnership capabilities. Earlier, she held the role of Manager, HR Business Partner, further building her expertise in employee engagement, problem-solving, and people leadership.
Hosket’s extensive tenure at Cardinal Health also includes roles within the HR EMERGE Program and HR Service Center Management, where she gained deep experience in HR operations and employee support. In one of her earlier assignments, she managed critical employee programs, including FMLA, leave of absence, and short-term disability processes, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR service delivery.
Before joining Cardinal Health, she worked as an HR/Payroll Representative at Select Specialty Hospital, where she developed her early expertise in HR operations and payroll support.
With a consistent record of internal growth, Hosket’s promotion reflects her deep organizational knowledge and leadership capabilities, underscoring Cardinal Health’s commitment to developing and advancing internal talent.
