invent.ai appoints Selin Esencan Baykal as CHRO to lead global HR strategy, talent growth, and organizational transformation.
Istanbul, Türkiye – May 2026: Selin Esencan Baykal has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at invent.ai as the company accelerates its global expansion and organizational growth initiatives.
In her new role, Baykal will lead the company’s people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, and talent agenda, supporting invent.ai’s continued international scaling and culture-building efforts.
Before joining invent.ai, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bilyoner, where she oversaw enterprise-wide HR strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, succession management, rewards strategy, and organizational design.
Prior to Bilyoner, Baykal worked with n11.com as Head of People, leading transformation initiatives focused on organizational efficiency, talent strategy, restructuring, leadership development, and employee engagement during a major growth phase.
She also held several leadership positions at Getir, including People Director – International Expansion and Director of Expansion. In these roles, she supported the company’s rapid growth across European markets, leading HR and organizational setup strategies for international launches and integrations.
Earlier in her career, Baykal served as Regional HR Strategic Business Partner at The Coca-Cola Company, supporting leadership teams across Central Asia and the Caucasus region. She also gained extensive HR leadership experience at Roche and The Estée Lauder Companies.
Throughout her career, Baykal has built expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, leadership capability development, rewards systems, and scaling people functions within fast-growing global businesses.
