Lamy Magdy joins EGBANK as HR Business Partner, bringing talent acquisition expertise to support people strategy and a youth-focused culture.
Lamy Magdy has been appointed HR Business Partner at EGBANK, marking a key step in her evolving human resources career and supporting the bank’s commitment to a people-first, youth-driven culture.
In her new role, Magdy will contribute to strengthening HR business partnering, supporting talent initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization. Her appointment aligns with EGBANK’s focus on building a dynamic and future-ready workforce.
Prior to joining EGBANK, Magdy served as Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Address Holding, where she supported recruitment across corporate and real estate functions. She also held a similar role at NOK Human Capital, gaining experience in recruitment operations and large-scale hiring coordination.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Consultant at The Hires Lab, contributing to hiring and HR consulting projects. She also completed an HR internship at CIB Egypt, building foundational experience in human resources.
Before transitioning fully into HR, Magdy held customer-facing roles at Vodafone and Centro, where she developed strong communication and people engagement skills that continue to support her HR career.
With a growing and diverse background across talent acquisition, HR coordination, and customer engagement, Magdy brings a well-rounded perspective to her new position, supporting EGBANK’s employee-focused culture and people agenda.
